Overview

All items on this site are shipped from mainland China. Typically, after you place an order, the starting point of our shipment will be Xishuangbanna or Kunming in Yunnan Province, China.

Not all couriers can deliver directly. It may be necessary to use international logistics carriers for transfer services to get the goods to your hands. If needed, we will first send the items you ordered to a pickup point of an international logistics carrier in Guangzhou or Shenzhen (or other designated areas by the international carrier) in Guangdong Province, after which the international carrier will be responsible for safely delivering the goods to you.

After shipping, you will receive an email notification with the relevant tracking number and carrier information so that you can track the latest shipping updates.

Tea or teaware requires sturdy and thick packaging due to its large size, so shipping costs are relatively high.

Billing Rules

Due to the high shipping costs, we charge shipping fees based on the following rules when you place an order:

  1. All product prices will be automatically converted into US dollars according to the exchange rate displayed on the site when you place your order.

  2. For customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia, we charge a flat shipping fee of USD 20 per order.

  3. For other countries or regions, shipping fees are calculated based on the total order amount:

    (1) If the total product amount does not exceed USD 100, we charge USD 24 per order;

    (2) If the total product amount is between USD 100 and 300, we charge USD 50 per order;

    (3) If the total product amount is between USD 300 and 700, we charge USD 70 per order;

    (4) If the total product amount exceeds USD 700, shipping is free.

Logistics Carrier

We will choose domestic logistics carriers like SF Express, China Post EMS, or JD Logistics to deliver the related goods based on the order.

For international logistics, due to the vast number of regions, we cannot provide a definitive list of service providers at this time.

Shipping Timeframe

After receiving your order, based on mainland China's working days according to Beijing time, we usually ship the order within two business days, and no later than five business days.

If affected by holidays or force majeure, the shipping time may be extended.

For international transfers, the shipment will usually begin within two business days after the goods are delivered to the service provider’s designated warehouse.
