Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
Original Condition
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Full Refund
We offer full refunds for eligible returns, minus original shipping costs.
Eligible Items for Return
Items That Can Be Returned:
- Unopened tea cakes and packages in original condition
- Unused teaware in original packaging
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Items received in damaged condition
- Wrong items sent by mistake
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
- Opened tea packages or cakes with broken wrappers
- Tea samples (these are free or heavily discounted)
- Used teaware or tea tools
- Items damaged due to improper storage by customer
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.
Receive Authorization
We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Ship Items Back
Package items securely and ship them back to our Menghai warehouse. Include the RA number on the package. Use a tracked shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Information
What Gets Refunded:
- Full product price for eligible returns
- Original shipping cost if item is defective or our error
What Is Not Refunded:
- Original shipping costs for customer remorse returns
- Return shipping costs (customer responsibility)
- Customs duties or taxes already paid
Refund Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after we process the return, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund
For defective or damaged items, we will cover shipping costs for the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
Important: If your order arrives damaged or with defective items, please contact us immediately with photos.
We Will:
- Provide a full refund or replacement
- Cover all shipping costs
- Expedite the resolution process
- Not require you to return damaged items in some cases
Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility:
For returns due to customer preference or remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Our Responsibility:
For returns due to our error, defective items, or damaged shipments, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping costs.

- Consider insurance for valuable items
International Returns
International customers should contact us before returning items. Return shipping from outside China can be expensive, and we may work with you to find alternative solutions such as:

- Replacement shipment
