Tracking FAQs
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number within 1-3 business days after your order is placed, once the package is shipped from our Menghai warehouse.
My tracking number shows no information. Why?
It can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier system after the package is shipped. Please check again later.
My package has not moved for several days. Is this normal?
International shipments may show no updates for 3-7 days while in transit between countries or going through customs. This is normal. If there is no update for more than 10 days, please contact us.
What does "customs clearance" mean?
Your package is being processed by customs in the destination country. This usually takes 1-5 days but can occasionally take longer depending on the country and customs workload.
Tracking shows delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?
First, check with household members or neighbors. Sometimes packages are left in safe locations or with neighbors. If you still cannot find it, contact us immediately and we will investigate with the carrier.
